A Summer on the Islands · Case 6
The Last Ferry
Season finale. The last day of summer, the last page of the diary, and a reunion.
The last day of summer. Kerem came on the first ferry, Deniz’s mother on the noon ferry. Thirty years on, the two of them stand on the same pier, with Deniz between them. But the last page of the diary is missing, and that page tells of the final evening of summer 1996. Uncle Rıza has gone out on his last watch.
